Sales and Marketing:
We provide customized sales and marketing services that are often difficult to find. Past projects include establishing surgeon advisory groups, product line analysis, provide background and moderation for strategic direction meetings, marketing and sales plans, business plans and more. We are constantly in contact with surgeons, distributors and market analysts so our understanding of the market and your needs are unmatched.
|
Commercialization:
High Ground Medical is uniquely suited to assist companies entering the various orthopaedic segments. From our own customer service program to sales management, we work with companies to find the right distribution model for them. We can assist in developing strategic distributor compensation packages to address the companies short and long term needs. We develop a customized distribution approach that works with our clients' resources and goals. Our independent distributor relationships are by far the strongest in the industry.

A Success Story One of our clients, an engineer and a sales representative, came to us with a concept that had merit. We put them in touch with intellectual property attorneys who guided them through the process of protecting their idea. Once that was completed, the design was finalized and we built a strategy to generate commercial interest in the product. Shortly thereafter a term sheet was signed and a final agreement of licensure was put in place. The client never had to build a commercial entity, it was all done on a virtual basis!
